 Consulting / Advisory – Strategic advisory services to senior management and boards of directors for business operations and future growth – start-ups, small and medium sized private companies as well as small public companies. Provide entrepreneurial solutions and strategies to difficult problems ranging from operations and income taxes to finance and investment capital.

Management – As necessary and including turn-around situations, provide short-term hands-on management or oversight roles for all aspects of business operations – production, budgeting, accounting, finance and cash management, raw materials and equipment purchases as well as regulatory compliance. Beyond operational staff, in-depth roles at various times have included being primary contact with lenders, stakeholders, accountants, corporate, litigation and patent lawyers in both Canada and the United States as well as OSC/SEC and the relevant income tax authorities.

Mergers / Acquisitions – Advisory services primarily on the buy-side of mergers and acquisitions for structures, tax efficiencies, pricing, valuations and negotiation. Services provided, and as an occasional principal participant, also included securing public company listings and financings for companies seeking liquidity in the Canadian and United States micro-cap venture capital markets.
